    Thank you so much for being my host family while I was in Japan. I enjoyed every single day that I spent with each of you. I appreciate everything you have done for me, taking me to all of the places that we went to; like Kumamoto, Sakurajima, and Kagoshima city. You worked so hard to give me a nice time in Japan, and I am very grateful for your kindness. You are very good people, and I will never forget you. Someday, I want to come back to Japan and see you all again. I love you all very much, you are my family. Thank you again for everything that you have done for me, my time with you was the best. どうもありがとうございました

    Time Spent Together: December 2nd - December 16th

    Dear Kajiki High School,

    Thank you very much for allowing me to come to your school for most of the week days that I have stayed in Japan, I enjoyed my time there very much. The students were very nice and admirable, the teachers were very helpful and kind, and the school itself was very peaceful and nice-looking. I learned many things while I was at Kajiki High School, even though I couldn’t understand Japanese. I learned a lot about Japanese culture, and I was able to see things that were different or the same between American High School and Japanese High School. Thank you again for allowing me to attend the school, I appreciate it. I won’t ever forget the experience! どうもありがとうございました

    Time Spent at Kajiki High School: December 3rd - 5th, 8th, 9th, 12th, 15th, 16th

    Dear Kajiki Junior High School,

    Thank you very much for allowing me to attend the school for two days during my time in Japan. While staying in Taiga’s class, I got to meet many young students who were very charming and nice. The teachers were also very kind and helpful to me, I appreciate that. I learned more about Japanese culture while I was there, and I saw that the students were very similar to my classmates from my Junior High School from when I was younger. Even though some things were done differently in comparison, it was still so similar. Thank you for the experience! It was very nice! どうもありがとうございました
